Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 

Return Period:

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

 

Free Returns:

We offer free return shipping for items within the specified return period. Contact our customer service team to obtain a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

  • Clearly write the RMA number on the return package before shipping it back to us.

  • We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe arrival of the item.

  • Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.

 

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

  • The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

  • Please note that any shipping fees or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may request photographs or other evidence of the damage to assist with our assessment. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, we cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, damaged, or modified after purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as china sets that have been used or washed.
