What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards to include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Visa Electron, and Maestro in addition to Apple Pay.

When will my order ship and arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Processing time is currently around two days, while shipping will depend on the service selected upon checkout. Please be aware that we do not control the item once it is in the hands of the carrier, and ongoing transportation delays may impact service. What is your return policy?

We issue a full return on items within 30 days of purchase as long as the conditions are met. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

Do you sell personal data to third parties?

No. We do not believe it is right to collect and sell personal data! We just love to sell antiques and replacement china.

What quality can I expect from the used items?

We do not differentiate between the new and used item we have in inventory and all items will be free of chips, cracks and major scratches unless otherwise noted. As many items are used, normal wear and tear is to be expected to correlate with the age of the piece. Please reference the photos for the items you wish to purchase. If an item is found to have slight damage you will see it marked down in price and noted in the description.
